Rumour mill has been abuzz for a while now about Samsung’s second 7000mAh battery smartphone after Galaxy M51. We have already seen several leaks and rumours about the upcoming big battery smartphone from the South Korean tech giant. Now, a popular tipster has revealed the first CAD-based render of the alleged smartphone and claims the smartphone to be Galaxy M12.
According to the leaked render image, the alleged Galaxy M12 will feature almost similar design statement as the Galaxy A42 5G. Like other entry-level Samsung smartphones, the Galaxy M12 will feature a plastic unibody design and a square camera housing that houses a quad camera setup. There’s also an LED flash placed just below the camera housing.
The back of the phone features a combination of matte and glossy finish. On the front, the phone features a V-shape notch that houses the front camera sensor. Apart from this, the phone is also expected to feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor instead of a back mounted scanner.
The tipster has also confirmed a few specifications of the upcoming smartphone. The phone will feature a 6.5-inch display and will measure 163.9 x 75.9 x 8.9mm. It is also rumoured to feature the massive 7000mAh battery, the same unit from Galaxy M51 smartphone. Apart from this, the tipster also claims that the phone will release early next year.
However, currently there is just an early glimpse at the upcoming smartphone and Samsung has officially not yet announced anything about it.
